Stalker

12/10/1999

A saved piece of chewed gum

That he gave me

A sacred little white paperclip

Given by him

An accident with the copier

He made early on

Our zodiacal compatibility

He’s a virgo

Everything he’s ever written down

I could get my hands on

His beautiful name

Scrolled with my love

His pen he lent me

And never asked for back

I have all of these things

But I don’t have him

Life is lonely

When you’re a stalker

Did it Really Happen?

11/2021

Her lips, so soft and gentle, touching mine hastily, like a ghost of an action

Did it really happen?

My hands, firmly gripping, caressing boldly, feeling all I want

Did it really happen?

The need, the desire, the longing, the aching

Did it really happen?

Passionate kisses, steamy caresses, frantic exploring, explosive endings

Did it really happen?

Or is it only my greatest want?
